CHECK THE MEASURE

Measurements & artwork sources · Page 3

Every silhouette has a story. Check the dimension, the chosen example and the source behind it.

What the numbers mean

Animals and objects: representative examples or named models, not universal averages. Geography topic: UN total surface areas with a stated year and rounding. Explore maps: approximate areas calculated from generalized Natural Earth outlines. Universe: the named diameter convention. Pop Culture: a particular character or version, as described by the original source.

Artwork, licenses and adaptations

Most object silhouettes adapt OpenMoji under CC BY-SA 4.0. Local map outlines use public-domain Natural Earth data. Pop Culture combines independent illustrations with a licensed model render; its credits identify each creator, license and adaptation. Illustration proportions are simplified; measurements refer to the labeled dimension.
